Ed and Al fight #48 and #66. They duke it out, Roy gets annoyed by Mustang, Lt. Ross and company get provoked by Armstrong, and get had by Ed and Al. Envy and Lust interfer once #66 and #48 are dead. After Ed and Al’s confrontation with Scar, the return to Risembool with Lt. Armstrong in oder to be repaired by their mechanic Winery. Along the way they discover Dr. Marcho. A former state alchemist who was reasearching the Philsopher’s Stone. Edward demanded Marcho give him his reasearch for it, but Marcho refused, calling it “the devil’s work”. Eventually Marcho caved in and told Edward where to find his research, hoping that maybe they could find another way for it to work. Read the rest of this entry ?

Scar is on the loose, and the military is having a lot of troubles keeping track of him. As Scar is still on a killing spree, of murdering State Alchemists. Edward and Alphonse are grieve over the recent news of Nina and Tucker’s deaths. When they are confronted by Scar, in his persuit to kill Edward. Alphonse’s body(Armour) and Edward’s arm are destoryed, and they are saved in time by Roy and his colleges. It is then reviealed that Scar is an Ishbalan. A member of a race in the far east, that was in a civial war with the State Alchemists. Scar escapes from the state, and Edward and Alphonse head back home to be repaired.
